Human Services Program C.S.B.G. (Community Services Block Grant)

The Pee Dee CAP offers many services under the Human Services Program. All programs are based on the availability of funds. These programs include a Homeless Program, a General Emergency Assistance program, a Housing and Support program and Liheap, a program that assists in heating and cooling during appropriate seasons.

Program Requirements The Human Services Program's services all require different things. One requirement that all share is that the recipients of our benefits must be of a low-income family. The Homeless Program requires that the recipients not have a permanent night-time home.
