-- Back to the "523 Mutual Self-Help Housing" navigational category --

Home is where the heart is and the center of our daily lives. A place where our family and friends can relax and feel safe from the worries of life.

The 523 Mutual Self-Help Housing Development Program offers families the opportunity to make their dream come true through a concerted effort of working together to build their home under the guidance of a professional construction contractor/supervisor. Future homeowners are asked to contribute at least 65% of the construction labor. Sweat equity is the key and along with the help of other participants, homes are usually completed within 12 months of breaking ground.

These homes are not Habitat for Humanity Homes.

DOWN PAYMENT AND CLOSING COSTS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THOSE APPLICANTS WHO QUALIFY NOW!

Interested persons should Contact Us and make an appointment to be interviewed between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Monday thru Friday.
